Thank you for your interest in participating in the 45th Biennial Clergy-Laity Congress in Cleveland which will take place on June 28 - July 3, 2020. The Exhibits will be at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland which is connected to the main hotel of the Congress, the Hilton Cleveland. The Exhibit space opens with a ribbon-cutting on Sunday June, 28 and closes on Thursday, July, 2, 2020. 

Below you will find the Exhibitor Contract, Exhibitor Rules, and Exhibition space layout for your review and submission. 

Please know that all booths will be reserved first come, first served.  Therefore, please be prompt with your reservation and payment.  The exhibitor layout will be updated and posted regularly below. Please therefore check the updated layout before sending in your request. (Email completed forms to [email protected] or fax to 212.570.3587).

*Hotel information and reservations at the Clergy Laity discounted rate can be made at www.clergylaity.org.  

Fern Exposition & Events is the vendor at the hotel and will contact you by email for your specific booth requirement, ie. power, tables, chairs etc.
