The 33rd Biennial National Philoptochos Convention is called to order by His Eminence Archbishop lakovos, Primate of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of North and South America.

Monday, July 1, 1996
Philoptochos women are joined by experts from the medical, religious and psychiatric fields as together we examine the physical, spiritual and emotional challenges faced by countless members in the Women's Health Forum.

Tuesday, July 2, 1996
The Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society celebrates the 65th Anniversary of its founding at the Philoptochos Luncheon with exciting speakers and remembrances of things past.

Wednesday, July 3, 1996
We finish the business of the convention by looking toward the future of Philoptochos and by honoring the strength of our chapters with the announcement of the "First Annual Philoptochos Awards" winners.

Thursday, July 4, 1996
Philoptochos delegates gather once more to say cheers to the United States in a "Happy Birthday America Breakfast" and join in the festivities surrounding the close of the 33rd Biennial Philoptochos Convention.
